Team Manager
Description
Job Description: Provides management and leadership to the dealers, responsible to ensure that all current and new staff are properly assesed and that Company`s standards are kept at a high level. Holds coaching and mentoring 121s with the dealers. Assists in recruitment for dedicated teams. Absence management, disciplinary and grievance issues. Identifies individual dealer development needs and assists them in improving.
What you would be doing:
• Reports directly to the Studio Manager and works closely with the Head of Staff Training and Development
• Ensures all current and newly staff are properly assessed, coordinated and facilitated • Creates an inspiring team environment while setting clear team goals based on the Company’s culture and KPI’s • Guarantees all regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded
• Acts as an ambassador and makes sure good communication channels are established
• Maintains the professional relationships with internal clients while upholding the company game standards
What makes you a strong candidate:
• Proactive approach to create a positive and engaging relationship with the team members
• Active contribution to the company’s growth
• Solid communicational and presentational skills
• Excellent business communication skills • Good verbal and written command of English and Bulgarian
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of Gambling and Casinos
• Willingness to work in an office - Shift system • Basic Microsoft Office 365 skills
